AFO Shoes for Ponseti Abduction Bars
The Mitchell Ponseti-AFO shoes are used in the treatment of clubfoot according to the Ponseti method. The completed orthosis consists of a Ponseti abduction bar, with the Mitchell Ponseti-AFO shoes attached to the ends. The patented system includes a firm sole, a soft rubber cushion for comfort and flexibility, as well as soft synthetic leather and soft leather straps. The position of the heel is easily identifiable by two holes at the back of the shoes. There are 4 different AFO shoe models available.

Mitchell Ponseti-AFO-Preemie: AFO shoes mounted on the bar, adjustable bar width, abduction angle from -20° to +90°, dorsal extension in 10° increments.
Mitchell Ponseti Plantar Flexion Stop & Toe Stilt Shoe: Features a plantarflexion stop, 10° wedge at the front, designed for hyperflexible feet, soft rubber cushion, soft leather straps, open heel with two holes, pre-set dorsal flexion, color: Gray.
Mitchell Ponseti Plantar Flexion Stop Shoe: Plantarflexion stop, designed for hyperflexible feet, soft rubber cushion, soft leather straps, open heel with two holes, pre-set dorsal flexion, color: Gray.
Mitchell Ponseti Standard Shoes (Blue): Patented shoe system, soft rubber cushion, soft leather straps, open heel with two holes, pre-set dorsal flexion, color: Blue.
Mitchell Ponseti Standard Shoes (Gray): Patented shoe system, soft rubber cushion, soft leather straps, open heel with two holes, pre-set dorsal flexion, color: Gray.
Mitchell Ponseti Standard Shoes (Pink): Patented shoe system, soft rubber cushion, soft leather straps, open heel with two holes, pre-set dorsal flexion, color: Pink.
Mitchell Ponseti Toe Stilt Shoes: 10° wedge at the front, patented shoe system, soft rubber cushion, soft leather straps, open heel with two holes, pre-set dorsal flexion, color: Gray.
