The BuddyChair provides lateral support and promotes an upright, stable sitting position—without restricting freedom of movement. Children sit at eye level with others and can actively participate in everyday activities together.
Height-adjustable, sturdy, and made of birch plywood in the Caritas Hochrhein Workshops.
- Stability: The enveloping shape provides lateral support for a stable sitting position.
- Guidance: The seat supports leg alignment, while the side supports guide the child’s orientation forward—for purposeful grasping and action.
- Orientation: The side rails direct the child’s gaze and attention forward, toward shared activities.
