The CAREPUR hemiparetic arm cushion is a two-part cushion that can be used on both sides for soft positioning and stabilization of a hemiparetic arm when seated, especially in a wheelchair. It consists of a cylindrical cushion base and a rectangular arm support, which are attached to each other with Velcro. The cushion relieves pressure on the forearm, stabilizes the position and reduces tensile forces in the shoulder joint.
