The CAREPUR Semi-Fowler Pillow is a U-shaped pillow with a raised center for versatile positioning. When used in the supine position, it supports the head and shoulders, relieves pressure on the shoulder blades, and improves body awareness. Placed under the knees, it allows for knee abduction and relieves pressure in the hip area. When rotated 180°, it provides cushioning for the knees and support for the lower legs. Used in a wheelchair, it stabilizes the forearms and pelvis while promoting knee abduction.
