The Careva Combi KIT is Careva’s best-selling harness and a tried-and-true solution for many families. It stabilizes both the upper body and the pelvis simultaneously and is particularly suitable for children and adults with spasticity or low muscle tone who need a lot of support when sitting upright in a car.
Thanks to the crotch piece on the lap belt, the Combi KIT prevents the pelvis from sliding forward or downward. All parts are padded and adjustable in length.
The set consists of a base belt, a combination belt, and a separate buckle. The base belt is placed vertically over the backrest, threaded between the seat and the backrest, and fastened at the back. The combination belt and buckle are pre-assembled.

    Likes Wie nutzen es hauptsächlich im Urlaub, wenn wir vor Ort unsere Kinder nicht im Rollstuhl transportieren können. Es ist schnell angebracht und es ermöglicht eine sichere Autofahrt, obwohl meine Kinder nicht allein sitzen können.

    Wir lieben das Kombi-Set. Endlich kann sich unser Sohn nicht mehr beim Autofahren abschnallen. Es ist ruckzuck ein- und wieder ausgebaut und somit auch führ mehrere Fahrzeuge nutzbar.

    Ich finde das Careva Gurtsystem sehr praktisch ,da man es durch das geringe Gewicht und dadurch, das es leicht montierbar ist gut in mehreren Fahrzeugen nutzen kann. Wenn das Kind im Oberkörper eher instabil ist und normalerweise zb im Rollstuhl eine Sitzschale hat ist ein zusätzlicher optionaler Brustgurt sinnvoll ,da das Kind sonst seitlich wegkippt. Es gibt das Careva Gurtsystem in verschiedenen Varianten zb auch als Schulterset ,Brustset oder Hüftset.
