- Supine position: Ella can be used with a range of posterior supports to allow supine positions, useful for low tone, where poor head or trunk control is a problem, encouraging the learning of a more stable standing position.
- Prone position: With a range of anterior supports, Ella can achieve an active and dynamic position in prone. Research shows that positioning in an upright or moderately tilted prone position can maximize benefits for spinal extension, bone density, muscle stretch, and participation in various environments.
- Upright position: Ella can be adjusted to a fully vertical position to support upright standing posture when needed. Ella's modularity allows you to order only the needed modules or remove unnecessary modules, leaving only those needed to support the client in an upright position.
- Abducted position: With Ella's 4-in-1 version, greater abduction can be achieved in either prone or supine positions. This version offers abduction angles of over 18° per side, reaching more than 60° combined abduction angles.
- Rotational support: Unique rotational supports for pelvic and thoracic trunk areas support standing posture in conditions such as scoliosis, lordosis, and kyphosis.
