The large set of 100 pieces from Talking Hands offers you an extensive basic vocabulary with 100 signs of German Sign Language (GUK), which provides an easy and motivating introduction to assisted communication. Thanks to the playful use of the animated books, this set can be easily integrated into everyday life in kindergartens or at home.
Each animated book depicts a term as a character that comes to life as you turn the pages from left to right. The word of the term is written on the front of the animated book and the corresponding symbol is on the back. The animated books are divided into color categories, which facilitates thematic learning.

Die Daumenkinos sind nicht mehr aus unserem Alltag wegzudenken. Wir haben sie im Kindergarten unserer Tochter kennengelernt und uns auch für zuhause angeschafft. Unsere Tochter kam mit dem Down-Syndrom zu Welt und uns wurde als Kommunikationsstütze das GUK Gebärden System von der Logopädin empfohlen. Besonders die Haptik und die bunte Gestaltung der Daumenkinos sagt unserer Tochter sehr zu – allen anderen Kinder übrigens auch.
