The orthosis for relieving and correcting the lumbar and thoracic spine in the sagittal and frontal plane offers a mobilization function by allowing the patient to put it on and take it off.

The Thorecta orthosis, developed by MKS®, is based on the proven 3-point principle. The front and back sections straighten and relieve the spine. The wide thoracic brace reinforces the immobilization and reduces lateral flexion, which further relieves the entire treated area. In addition, targeted compression between the iliac crest and the thorax creates a cherry stone effect, which provides additional relief for the lumbar spine.
