OPair Wheelchair Bicycle – flexible, comfortable, and stable
The OPair wheelchair bicycle safely and comfortably transports wheelchair users. The passenger sits at the front with a clear view, while the driver maintains full control from behind. In the detachable version, the front section can be used as a wheelchair.
Adjustable seat, reclining backrest, and extendable footrests fit children and adults. Optional side supports and custom seats increase flexibility. Angled front wheels provide extra comfort and stability.
An optional electric motor turns the OPair into a Smart E-Bike with pedal assistance and app control.

    Wir nutzen das OPair mit der Sitzschale vom Therapiestuhl. Das Fahrrad lässt sich gut fahren, wenn man sich an die Kippneigung etc. gewöhnt hat. Der Rollstuhlteil lässt sich abkoppeln, aber oft fahren wir mit dem ganzen Rad auf die Terrasse des Eiscafés oder in den Biergarten. Unterstützung durch Motor ist bei uns unumgänglich, da wir in einer hügeligen Region wohnen.

    Man benötigt etwas Übung um das Rad zu fahren aber wenn man sich daran gewöhnt hat macht es einfach nur noch Spaß. Man sollte einen Elektroantrieb nehmen, da das Rad schon 58kg wiegt. Wir haben einen teilbaren Rahmen sodass man den Rollstuhl abkoppeln kann und als vollwertigen Rollstuhl verwenden kann um zum Beispiel nach einer Fahrradtour in einen Biergarten einzukehren.
