ProMove Walker

The ProMove Walker is a pediatric hip-knee-ankle-foot orthosis (HKAFO) for children with neurological conditions and limited mobility. It stabilizes all joints of the lower extremities, promotes an upright posture, and provides targeted support for gait training. The pelvic, knee, and foot orthoses are coordinated with one another. The ranges of motion can be individually adjusted: at the knee via robust steel Drop-Lock joints, and at the ankle via magnetic technology in 15° increments. Direct contact with the ground provides the feet with important proprioceptive stimuli and promotes bone density. The MaxComfort padding ensures good pressure distribution and a high level of comfort. With modular accessories, the ProMove Walker can be precisely adapted to the child’s therapeutic needs.
