The StabiloBed® Leg Abduction Pillow for Children is a medical positioning pillow designed for ergonomic positioning, stabilization, and abduction of the legs. This orthopedic positioning pillow ensures anatomically correct leg positioning and effectively prevents the shearing phenomenon (crossing of the legs). The flexible microbead filling guarantees a precise fit to the body and full-surface pressure distribution to prevent pressure ulcers, while reducing neurologically induced spasticity. Thanks to its stable leg support, the abduction cushion prevents contractures and hip dislocations and is ideal for postoperative positioning following orthopedic procedures.
