Rehab buggies, also known as rehab baby carriages, therapy baby carriages or colloquially as rehab carts, are specially developed baby carriages for children with disabilities or special support needs. They enable safe, comfortable and individually adapted mobility in everyday life.

A rehab baby carriage usually consists of a seat shell and a base frame. Depending on the impairment, the seat shell is equipped with positioning aids such as pads, headrests or straps to support optimal sitting and body posture. Depending on the manufacturer, there are custom-made seat shells or flexibly adaptable standard models.

The base of the rehab buggy should suit the family's everyday life: lightweight, foldable models are suitable for the city and car, while all-terrain rehab baby carriages with larger wheels are ideal for trips into the countryside. Some rehab buggies can also be used as bicycle trailers.
A rehab buggy is prescribed by a doctor. With the prescription, it is supplied by a medical supply store, which selects a rehab baby carriage that fits perfectly and grows with the child and adapts it to the child's needs - for more mobility, participation and relief in everyday family life.
