Motopedics
Motopedics is a form of therapy for children and young people with disabilities that focuses on promoting motor skills and physical development. Motopedics assumes that movement forms the basis for a child's overall development and that targeted promotion of motor skills has a positive effect on cognitive, emotional and social development.
Motopedics is based on a holistic approach that focuses on the child's individual needs and abilities. The therapy involves a combination of different motor exercises and activities designed to encourage the child to improve their skills and gain new movement experiences.
Motopedics also relies on intensive cooperation with the child's parents and other caregivers in order to integrate the therapy into the child's everyday life and promote development outside of the therapy sessions.
The aim of motor therapy is to improve the child's physical abilities, strengthen their independence and self-confidence and promote their integration into society. Motopaedics can be used for a variety of disabilities and developmental disorders, such as cerebral palsy, Down's syndrome, autism, developmental delays or injuries to the central nervous system.
Motopedics is an important form of therapy for children and young people with disabilities, giving them the opportunity to improve their physical abilities and realize their individual potential.
