NART therapy

NART therapy (Neuro-Auricular Regulation Therapy) is a holistic, non-invasive form of therapy that can be used to support children and adolescents. It aims to promote the regulation of the nervous system and support inner balance. It is based on the assumption that balanced nervous control contributes significantly to physical and emotional well-being.

Treatment usually begins with a detailed medical history and assessment of the patient's condition. Among other things, the current symptoms, the child's development and indications of stress, excessive demands or regulation problems are taken into account. On this basis, an individual therapy approach is developed that is tailored to the child's needs and abilities.

NART therapy works by stimulating certain reflex points on the auricle that are connected to the central nervous system. Targeted acoustic stimuli or frequencies are used to support and regulate the processing of stimuli in the nervous system. The treatment is painless, does not require medication and is usually perceived as calm and pleasant.

NART therapy can be used for regulatory and processing disorders of the nervous system, among other things. These include, for example, concentration and attention problems, inner restlessness, sleep disorders, increased irritability, stress and accompanying developmental delays or neurological abnormalities. It can also be used to support psychosomatic complaints without a clear organic cause.

NART therapy is intended as a complementary measure and does not replace medical, neurological or psychotherapeutic diagnosis or treatment. However, it can help to support the child's general well-being and ability to regulate.

As with other therapeutic approaches, the involvement of parents is an important component. Through education and support, they can also provide their child with targeted support in everyday life.

Overall, NART therapy can help children and adolescents to reduce inner tension and stabilize the nervous system in order to positively support their development and quality of life.
