NeuroScanBalance
NeuroScanBalance is a neurophysiologically based training and therapy concept that aims to support the processing of stimuli in the nervous system. Many children and adolescents have difficulties processing sensory impressions such as balance, touch, movement or visual stimuli appropriately. This is precisely where NeuroScanBalance comes in and promotes neurological organization as the basis for development, learning and movement.
It begins with a structured observation and assessment of the child's individual perception and processing methods. Among other things, balance, coordination, body tension, attention and responsiveness are considered. On this basis, an individually tailored training and support concept is drawn up.
The therapy works with targeted, mostly playful movement and perception stimuli. The nervous system is stimulated to process stimuli better and link them in a meaningful way through repeated stimuli that build on each other. The aim is to sustainably improve body awareness, stability, coordination and the ability to concentrate.
NeuroScanBalance can be used to help with developmental delays, balance and coordination problems, perceptual disorders, restlessness, attention problems as well as learning and behavioral problems. The method is intended as a complementary offer and does not replace medical or therapeutic diagnostics.
The involvement of parents is an important part of the concept. Through simple exercises and suggestions for everyday life, the child can also receive targeted support outside of therapy.
Overall, NeuroScanBalance can help to strengthen the neurological foundations for movement, learning and behavior and give the child more security and stability in everyday life.
