The KUBIVENT PurplePos Heel Shoe allows the heel to rest freely, thereby specifically reducing pressure in the heel area. It is therefore suitable for the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers. Its ergonomic shape and filling of hundreds of thousands of ultra-fine microbeads adapt individually to the foot. At the same time, the shoe retains its shape and remains comfortable to wear.
- Intended Use: Prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers in the heel area
- Function: Keeps the heel elevated, distributes pressure, and relieves pressure on the ankles when the patient is in the lateral position
- Recommended for: Patients with existing pressure ulcers or with a moderate to high risk of pressure ulcers according to the Braden scale, as well as patients whose heels need to be kept free or relieved of pressure
- Outer material: Fully sewn, PU-coated polyester fabric
- Inner material: fully sewn polyester fabric with EPS microbead filling
